DEFINITION
The article consists of the dried root of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., with the currently accepted Latin name Reynoutria multiflora (Thunb.) Moldenke (Fam Polygonaceae)1, collected in autumn or winter, and reduced to a fine or very fine powder.
